Data Deletion Instructions

Submit a request
To request deletion of personal information relating to you in OpenWork, email facebook@antglobal.trade with the subject “OpenWork data deletion request”. The developer and technical maintainer handles requests on behalf of the company relevant to your business relationship. Each company remains responsible for its own business data; using a shared contact address does not change those responsibilities.
The current Meta app, OpenWork (App ID: 2339176196913275), is owned by the Business Portfolio of 螞蟻環球貿易有限公司 / ANTGLOBAL TRADE LIMITED. The developer and technical maintainer handles requests relating to that company's WhatsApp business data on its behalf. This does not designate that company as the operator of the entire OpenWork system.
Include the company or brand you contacted, the relevant WhatsApp phone number with country code or employee account email, and the information scope and approximate dates you want us to review. Provide only what is needed to identify the request. Do not include passwords, access tokens or app secrets.
How we handle requests
This is a manual request channel. We will verify the necessary identity and authorization, locate relevant records and assess the deletion scope. We will contact you by email if more information is needed, then communicate the outcome or explain records that must be retained for legal, transaction, security audit or other applicable obligations.
Individual records in backups may not be removable immediately. We will address them in conjunction with backup rotation and retention arrangements and explain applicable limitations in our response. This page does not promise immediate or automatic deletion, and you do not need to deregister your WhatsApp number to request deletion.
Deletion and disconnection are different
Revoking Meta app permissions or disconnecting a WhatsApp integration can restrict future access, but does not automatically delete information already stored in OpenWork. Submit a separate deletion request using the instructions above.
Deleting information from OpenWork does not automatically delete your WhatsApp / Meta account, phone or cloud backups, or messages held by other recipients. Manage those records through the relevant platform or device.
